Sacha [pronounced Sa-sha] was
born in a small town of Canton Ticino on the southern side of the Alps. It's right
in the heart of Europe, in a small but very exciting and interesting
country... Switzerland.
After graduating
in Biology and Physics at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland,
he pursued his scientific career and obtained a PhD in Biophysics.
He left his home country and he decided to cross the Atlantic
and go to California. He spent three years working in the Nogales
Lab at U.C. Berkeley and two years at the University of Colorado at Boulder in Andy Hoenger's lab.
He's now pursuing his work at the City College of New York [CUNY] in the Biochemistry division of the Chemistry Dept. He teaches Biochemistry and Physical Biochemistry to CUNY undergraduates and graduate students. |
